Booking & Cancellation Policy

Every appointment is private. Primo Cuts is a mobile, one-to-one service. There is no shop and no walk-ins — Primo comes to your hotel, apartment, villa or home in Da Nang or Hoi An.

Confirmation. Every online booking is a request. Primo confirms the time personally on WhatsApp before the appointment is final.

Price. Da Nang is 500,000 VND per appointment. Hoi An is 500,000 VND plus a travel fee depending on your exact location, and the travel fee is confirmed on WhatsApp before the appointment.

Reschedule and cancellation. Reschedule or cancel free of charge at least 4 hours before the appointment using your booking-management link or on WhatsApp. Later changes may not be possible on the same day.

Travel and access. Please have a private space ready with a comfortable chair and good lighting. If the venue requires reception approval or a room number, send it on WhatsApp in advance.

Late arrival. If Primo is kept waiting more than 15 minutes, the service may be shortened so the next client is not delayed.

Payment. Cash and QR transfer are accepted at the end of the appointment. A 20% deposit is requested when you book, payable by bank transfer or QR; the balance is paid at the appointment.
